Current resident here (since July 2023). I have had a very positive experience at Post. - The location is very nice (close to Red Line, groceries, walkable to restaurants, close to 94). For my lifestyle / commute to work, this works perfectly. Lastly, it was a very safe area - never had any issues even walking by myself at night. - I’ve had some minor maintenance issues, but all were resolved very promptly. Scheduling maintenance requests was simple, the team was available, and resolved my issues in a friendly manner - Everyone who works at the building is quite friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care that you have a good experience (especially Bonnie). - Building/communal spaces are well-kept, always clean and useful. The only downside is the expensive parking (which you know about before signing a lease). BUT the streets nearby have free overnight parking. The only issue is those spots can be scarce at certain hours.

Great place to live in Chicago! Lived here for 3 months in 2023 and loved the new building and amenities. There are new staff as of April 2024 and Krista is particularly helpful and responsive. For the flexibility this building offers you can't beat it! I've done my research and there are no better 3 month options in Chicagoland. I tell all my friends with remote flexibility, internships, or even wanting full year leases that this is the place to be. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in Chi

Great neighborhood. Very friendly staff members and residents here are very nice. Maintainace orders are taken care of promptly. I slept much better in a shared situation than when I had my own unit. Weekly cleaning is absolutely well done here. Love the amenities especially the Conmmunity events. I love the closeness to nature and walking distance to the world’s first floating park, Wholefoods and all the shopping and entertaining. The park next to the building is a great place for neighbors to connect. I am happy that I choose Post as my home.

I live in POST co - living , it has been a great experience. It is a new, pleasant, clean place, with different spaces to do many activities in the building, close to shops, restaurants, parks and easy to transport. I recommend 100%
