McCormick

This is a newly build apartment. I stayed here for about 11 months and when I moved in, it was a mess. My room was not cleaned the floor used to smell (which was taken care of with in a week, so that was no longer an issue) and many other issues came up. Towards the end, the management had changed and the new management came and really changed things around. I do wish I stayed longer in Chicago to see what they really are changing but from what I saw they were really putting in good work.

Living at Commons has been a great experience. The management is fast and convenient, handling everything quickly. The place is clean, well-maintained, and attracts good tenants. Highly recommended!

I have personally had a good experience here at the McCormick. It was very convenient, and while there were some issues with the cleaning, it was something I could manage. The amenities for the price and the location were very useful as a college student currently in school. Prefurnished, great living spaces with a staff that is working very hard!!

I was looking for a place for immediate move in and EJ (Edmund Horstman) helped me with the entire application process and immediate move in date. Therefore, I am taking this opportunity to thank him for his services.
