The Audrey

I’ve been living at Audrey for going on 4 years now and I love it, I just resigned my lease. Maria is amazing and she always makes sure to complete my maintenance requests super quick! I’m so glad she’s back at Audrey all of the tenants love her.

We have had many issues while here and with previous staff; however, management was replaced some months ago and things have really turned around drastically. Shayne, the pm, works hard to get things taken care of and has accommodated in every possible way he could. He was actually my pm at a different property and it was a pleasant surprise to see him replace the last pm. Things have always been smooth since and continue to be so.

Been here for almost a year and its been an incredible experience. Management is super responsive and the apartments are kept really clean. I’m currently moving into another unit in the same building and Shayne the property manager went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and enjoyable. I’ve never met another property manager that cares more about the residents safety and experience. Before he came in there were honestly things that needed improvement made but ever since his involvement, living here has become more enjoyable. So much so to the point my boyfriend and I are renewing our lease for a second year! Their leasing agent Courtney is also super nice and helpful! The location of the apartment is prime and I walk to the grocery store every day.

We love living at Audrey! We have lived here for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. The location is great and have beautiful views - we usualy walk to Sun Nong dan for dinner and nearby great restaurants. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the management of my apartment complex. The property manager is friendly, responsive, and professional, she is always willing to help! Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, and the grounds are well-maintained. One of the things I appreciate most about the management team is their communication. They are always quick to respond to emails or phone calls and are proactive about informing tenants of any upcoming maintenance or construction projects. The leasing process was straightforward, and the leasing agent, Vicky, was helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. They also made it easy to renew my lease when the time came. One area for improvement could be around community events and activities. While there are occasional events, such as holiday parties, I would like to see more opportunities for residents to connect and get to know each other. Overall, I would recommend this apartment and its management team to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.
