The Frazier(1107 S Hobart Blvd)

I have lived at the Frasier for 4 years and in that time I have always received prompt and friendly service. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of asap and when I had an emergency. Request for visitor parking permits and other small but important requests that make difference are always done with a smile quickly.

It’s been a pleasure staying at the Frasier this past year. Staff is super friendly and always on top of things. This particular review is for James and Kalvin with our maintenance team! They are always so helpful with any and everything. Just this past week he even helped move a few of the heavy things out of our apartment to our truck! Thanks James, Kalvin, & the rest of the team for the never ending hospitality.

I moved into my apartment just a little under a month ago and I love it here. Location is amazing, neighbors are nice/respectful, and great amenities! Marilyn was a HUGE help during my move in process and even now after moving in! The team is very attentive with answering any questions I have and I am very grateful for their continuous help. :)

The day I moved into my apartment, the electronic key fob was having technical issues. Shelby and James worked efficiently and relentlessly to make sure I was able to move into my apartment. I’m addition to their help, the building and location are great. I have no complaints so far and am glad I moved here!
