The Harper

We have a new manager at this building; her name is Frances. She is absolutely the BEST and quite frankly a major part of the reason I renewed my lease for another year. She actually cares about the residents, listens to our concerns and keeps her word; when she says she's going to handle something. Frances... is... Awesome.

Nice Amenlity and Nice service！

I can happily say that Francis has changed my frown upside down after a bad manager here at the Harper. The building aesthetics, feel, and mood has been uplifted thanks to her and the amazing staff’s dedication to this building and community. Whenever you have an issue, she quickly tries to resolve it without fail. 5 stars to the maintenance and security teams. And 5 stars to Francis! 4 stars overall, with the 1 star deduction due to Tripalink’s laughable performance as a management company and the terrible build design of this building (pool/roof). A few nice perks of this apartment is the gym, common area, location, and staff. Best gym at an apartment I’ve ever seen. Tripalink on the other hand needs to do better. Their corporate office is right next to the building and the employees are rude AF, even taking up spaces in our garage and just treating tenants and the security like trash. I literally saw a corporate employee yelling at a security guard knowing damn well she can park in the street! The corporate office should move…
