EXCELLENT

🤩 Rating of a perfect score of 5, Little Greenery is excellent in Philadelphia.

Very clean and manager is very helpful! Would definitely lease again. Easy walk to Temple, the Met, and one block of Broad St. Underground parking garage is great for moving in and out. Nice semi private balconies. They were very accommodating for a short lease (only one semester) unlike most of the other apartments near Temple.

The Greenery is by far one of the best places to live. The management is extremely prompt, professional, and overall amazing! Whenever my unit needed maintenance they fixed it that day or the next day. There was one time our fridge wasn’t working so they took our food to their main office fridge on the meantime so I didn’t have to waste my food. Overall I am very happy here. Ask for Jasmine! She’s the best

i really enjoyed living here. it’s clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, well-managed, and perfect for a temple student. also pet-friendly, my cat enjoys it here as well. hardwood floors, big fridge, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, big bedroom closet, and my favorite part: the balcony and huge sliding door windows. lots of natural light. close enough to campus to walk but far away enough from all the partiers and noise. key fob access is great security, package lockers as well. would very much recommend to a friend.

The Greenery is, all around, a great place to live. While very close to the Temple campus, there are many students living here (some undergrads, but mostly graduate students), and also many small families and professionals. Like any apartment building or complex, it has positives and negatives, pros and cons. The Greenery is no exception. The walls can be a little thin, but most everyone is aware of that is fairly respectful of noise. The finishes are not the most updated, but the appliances are new and a washer/dryer in the unit is huge bonus. The Amazon Hub Lockers mean I never worry about packages, the assigned parking is wonderful (if you want it), and the maintenance team is responsive. So, despite an equal balance of pros and cons, what five stars? What makes The Greenery unique? Easy answer: The property manager. I think every apartment review I’ve ever read is overly critical of the management, but in this case, I have nothing but praise for Mark (this review written in December 2021, if Mark is no longer the manager, I’m sorry, and you’re on your own). Mark, and his team, are very respectful, polite, and understanding. They remember everyone’s name, understand every situation, and truly want to help. They don’t just work at the property, they act like they’re responsible for it. I could live in a high-rise building with a gym, movie theater, and coffee bar, but those are all gimmicks. I could live closer to train or SEPTA station too, or in an apartment that isn’t next to a very loud street (which is an indictment on people driving very loud cars at 11pm, *not* the Greenery community). I live, and will continue living, at The Greenery because I will gladly cope with all the minor inconveniences to live where the management and staff *care* about the building and people who live there. If you’ve ever had bad management in an apartment, or if you’ve never had good management, I invite you to experience how much a truly exceptional management team can alter your perspective on apartment living. Is The Greenery the most packed with amenities, prettiest, or most convenient apartment in Philadelphia? No. The Greenery is, however, a great place to live.
