The Harper

I've been living at The Harper in K-Town since the building first opened, and I've renewed my lease every year since. Like any new property, there were some initial growing pains, and I was honestly ready to move out at one point. But once Frances took over as property manager, everything shifted for the better and this has been one of my favorite buildings that I've called home. Frances has been incredibly proactive and responsive, addressing many of the concerns that had built up over time. She's created a sense of community that didn't exist before, and thanks to her, I now know my neighbors by name and genuinely feel at home here. I also think it's worth pointing out that a lot of the issues some tenants complain about actually come down to tenant responsibility, not management. Frances has always gone above and beyond to make sure the building is well cared for, and her dedication truly shows. I'm happy to continue renewing my lease and calling The Harper home.

I've lived at The Harper in Koreatown for four years and was ready to move out, but I recently decided to stay for a fifth year because of one person: Francis, the building manager. She works tirelessly, genuinely cares about the tenants, and goes above and beyond to maintain and improve the living environment. Tripalink is incredibly fortunate to have her—she’s is fantastic!

The management team and staff at harper deserve a round of applause. They are not just quick to respond to any issues but do so with a friendly attitude that makes all interactions pleasant. It's evident in the cleanliness and maintenance of the complex that the staff takes immense pride in their work, creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all residents, especially the security guy, I think all the residents love our security!

I can happily say that Francis has changed my frown upside down after a bad manager here at the Harper. The building aesthetics, feel, and mood has been uplifted thanks to her and the amazing staff’s dedication to this building and community. Whenever you have an issue, she quickly tries to resolve it without fail. 5 stars to the maintenance and security teams. And 5 stars to Francis! A few nice perks of this apartment is the gym, common area, location, and staff. Best gym at an apartment I’ve ever seen.
