Atlas House

I lived at Atlas House for a year and had a great experience! Every time I needed maintenance, the team was responsive and efficient. The building has great amenities, always clean and well-maintained. The manager, Denise, is an absolute gem—so kind and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, she went above and beyond to help me. Everyone who works there is friendly and attentive, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time at Atlas House. Today was my move-out day, and the only reason I left was that I was looking for a quieter area. Even during this process, Denise was incredibly supportive in helping me find a new home. I have so much love and appreciation for this place and the people who work here. I highly recommend this building—it’s bright, cozy, and truly feels like home!

Have not had many issues living at Atlas and have enjoyed the new building management, especially with our manager Denisse. She has remained consistent and communicative to the tenants, which is wonderful. The apartments are relatively very soundproof and the den area is a big plus!

I have been living at the Atlas House for about 6 months now and have seen my fair share of ups and downs in this building. While the building is not perfect and the previous manager was very rude and not helpful at all, the new manager Denise is awesome. Since she has been here she has made a lot of small improvements within the building that have made my living experience better than before. The security team and maintenance tech Edgar are also amazing and handle any issues immediately.

I really enjoy the Atlas. You seriously would not be disappointed when living here or even visiting here! I used to live in another apartment on wilshire and that place does not care about their residents! Our water was cold, there was always problems with our dishwasher, and the parking arrangement sucks! Now when you live here, you have Jesse who will always go above and beyond for his residents. If you don’t believe me, ask people who live here about Jesse and how well he takes care of those that live here! Jesse, thank you for everything you do! You truly deserve every gratitude there is. Denice is the apartment manager. Very nice, and very sincere! She actually listens to our maintenance request and even address the little challenges we face. This is very amazing and rare to come by. An ocean of gratitude to Denice and Jesse! Thank you for having these people here at the Atlas.
