I do not live here, but I took a tour and had an excellent experience with Zach B. who answered all of my questions, sent detailed instructions for a self-tour (of a very clean and lovely unit), and explained everything I would need to know about Hampshire Place. There was a nice common area with grills and a pool (again, very clean and well-kept) and the elevators were in great working order. People were friendly who I spoke to and asked about the building, and it seems like a nice place to live.

I recently moved into Hampshire Place Apartments in Los Angeles, and Zach made the entire process so much easier! He was super friendly, professional, and really attentive to every detail. Zach made sure everything went smoothly and took a lot of the stress out of the move. If you’re moving into Hampshire Place, I highly recommend reaching out to Zach. I toured these apartments last week. Zach Bane in the leasing office helped answer all of my questions and was super friendly during my time there. While it’s a bit early in my previous lease to be looking, Zach definitely made me want to come back.

This is review is only for Joseph and the maintenance workers who continually respond and get things done. I would probably move out if Joseph left because he is alway professional, handles matters urgently, has that retail thing where he makes you feel validated and always right, but most importantly he's reliable. The maintenance men Carlos and the other super polite man with the glasses are so pleasant and helpful and I believe them when they say they fixed something and trust them when I'm not home. Thank you.
