2221 S Clark

Having a really pleasant experience at 2221! I encountered a scenario where I needed an apartment lease on very short notice, and the leasing office here really came through for me with a quick turnaround. I'm in a 4bd shared apartment which has been both thrifty and has offered an opportunity to get to know very interesting and easygoing new friends. The staff at the front desk are excellent and I love the secure package handling for residents. My maintenance requests are completed promptly and updates on any open issues in the building are shared regularly. The property management puts on fun events through the year to get to know others in the building. For the low price in such an expensive area of town, I don't think the amenities and convenience can be beat.

I've had a great experience at 2221 S Clark Street with the monthly events. I think Kiera Lerner provides exceptional community building in the residence with active engagement in activities.

good if you want to live for a year but not reccomend that they dont have windows is closed with no windows you cant breath good air is good for those who want to stay and have jobs but not for a family
