After being in LA for almost a decade and living in nearly all of the areas in the metropolitan Los Angeles area I have to say that TenTen is by far the best building in the best neighborhood in the entire city. The building is quiet, clean and is full of working professionals and families. The staff is attentive and respectable and the maintenance issues are handled right away. If you are looking to get away from the typical LA experience and live somewhere where you, your family, or your business will grow and thrive then this is absolutely the best place for you. This area is slowly becoming the Beverly Hills of DTLA and I believe this building has something to do with that culture shift.

I recently moved into the fantastic 1010 Wilshire building with my husband, as our house underwent construction for six months. The leasing office, particularly Sunny, was incredibly helpful in showing us different apartment options and guiding us through the layout choices. The entire leasing process was seamless, and Sunny was always available to answer any questions we had a she coordinated all of our request with the other department. Our unit overlooks a tranquil courtyard and was fully equipped, even down to the towels, when we arrived. The maintenance team, consisting of Amir and Rafael, were prompt in addressing any requests or needs we had. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to make 1010 Wilshire our home.

One of best places that we stayed In LA.
It’s a good community and lots of networking events happening every week. 1010 and 1027 are sister towers, so you can stop by on any networking events that is happening in both buildings.

I stayed at TenTen for about 3 months during my travel nursing assignment in LA and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I didn’t have to relocate for a new assignment in the Bay Area, I would’ve stayed at TenTen forever. It was truly a luxury experience and I’m so grateful that my profession afforded me the opportunity to stay there. My Relationship Manager, Asal was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond for me. She even helped accommodate a later move-out date for me due to my contract start date being delayed on her day off! Asal’s patience, positivity, and willingness to always go the extra mile never went unnoticed.
