TENTEN Downtown

We recently visited Los Angeles from Dallas to find a studio for our son, who will be starting his studies at USC. After exploring various options, we were truly impressed with 1010 Wilshire and Downtown. The building is not only beautiful but also feels incredibly safe, which was a top priority for us. The rooftop is like a paradise, offering stunning views and top-notch amenities. Our experience with the 1010 Team was exceptional. Although we were in LA for only two days, one of the staff members, who was working on Sunday, went above and beyond to give us a thorough tour of the building before we left. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to answer all our questions, making us feel completely confident in our decision. Thanks to her professionalism and the outstanding quality of this property, we are certain that 1010 Wilshire is the perfect choice for our son. Very luxury and smart designed fully furnished apartments. The furniture is very high quality and they really mean it when they say that you only need to bring your suitcase with you. A very unique and gorgeous rooftop with panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles. Great security and management team which makes this place very safe. Top choice for living a luxury and comfortable lifestyle in downtown Los Angeles.

Love the modern layout designs and that all utilities are covered in the rent. The unit windows are tinted and soundproof which is essential when working from home in a busy city. The rooftop is also a hidden gem in DTLA for tenants! It feels like a private resort due to being a large garden as well as the pools, gym, and even dog park.
