We are all excited to move into this new apartment. It looks great. The elevator is huge and mostly the building smells good. A lot of facilities in it. Only the thing that they need to improve is the stairs. It looks scary for my kids, but they get used to it and prefer to use it as a short cut. The Manager is awesome. He is very helpful and accommodating. He is so calm, friendly especially to my kids and also good looking. My sister wants to move-in here too, maybe soon.

i lived here when i first moved to LA and it was a really lovely experience - the units and appliances are all super new and the building is incredibly quiet and peaceful, despite being pretty much in the middle of k-town. management was also really responsive and friendly, and the move-in and move-out processes were really smooth. overall, a great place to live in k-town!

Great place to live, so much space for the price. Management (Payton and Richard) is super cool and laid back.
Josh, the technician, is a life saver whenever you have issues with your spot. Really reliable, quick, and easy to work with.
