Lofts at Gold Street

Great place and great living experience. The management office is very nice and always keeps in touch. The only issue I had is bad sound insulation between apartment rooms.

Great place to live! The manager, Patra, is incredibly kind and truly cares about the well-being of all the tenants. She carefully organizes and neatly arranges the packages, promptly provides solutions to any issues tenants may have, and takes care of everyone with incredible attention to detail. She is the best manager I have ever met! I truly appreciate her kindness and all the care she puts into making this place feel like home.

I have had such a great experience with Petra! She is incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about the well-being of all the tenants. You can tell she is dedicated to keeping the building in great condition and ensuring that everyone feels safe and taken care of. She is always responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns. It’s rare to find a property manager who truly cares about the stability of the building and the people living in it, but she does just that. I’m so grateful for her hard work and kindness!

I’ve lived at LGS for the past year and I love it. It’s really close to campus and the unit I live in has a balcony which is an added bonus for when I have guests over.
