Avant Apartments

Avant Apartments is a great property with extremely accommodating staff. I was treated kindly and always had a good communicating with the staff during my application process which made it a pleasant experience. The Apartment manager, Rochelle was absolutely amazing! She was highly attentive and responsive with a friendly smiling attitude always. Rochelle went way above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and helped ease my mind by telling me all about the area. We had some issues with our thermostat system and patio door and she was very swift in making a maintenance request and the next day, it was all fixed. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Such a great place to live. The management is so kind and very responsive. I highly recommend.

I had a great visit onsite today with Rochelle. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. It is always a pleasure to work at her sites. This makes my tasks easier perform support she gives.

I have been working with my maintenance partner in this building for a little less than a year and so far everything has been positive, we feel comfortable because of the good life that exists between the residents and our co-workers 💪🏼🤞🏼
