Maude Urban Living

I lived here for a year and it was so happy!!, the management is very good and they respond quickly to every problem. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need to live comfortably, the prices are good and the location is unbeatable, very close to the highway exit and close to the train. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around, I never felt disturbing noises in the building and the neighbors are all very quiet.

I moved into Maude Urban Living back in March and so far I've been loving my living experience! My unit is perfectly located on the fifth floor and receives abundant sunlight during the fall/winter months. I also love that the building includes a dog wash station, bike storage, and on-site laundry which adds practical convenience. My last place did not include an on-site laundry and it was such a hassle. Something else that I think is super convenient is how close it is to Roosevelt Light Rail, Green Lake Park and La Fitness. I always take the light rail to Cap Hill and Downtown Seattle to avoid traffic and parking (we all know how stressful parking can be). There’s also a decent size rooftop, perfect for summer BBQs, and social gatherings. You can also find coffee shops and restaurants within close proximity! :)

I have loved living in a Tripalink property! Management is very easy to get ahold of and definitely helpful as well as accommodating. I have had no issues living here and the entire process has been nothing but easy! Also love the convenience of the light rail station being so close.
