Nice, quiet building in a great location. Definitely a step up from other buildings in the area!

The Stax building is cozy and well maintained, located near many stores as well as a Saturday farmers market so going out for groceries is convenient. Management is kind and always responds to emails within a day! The only con I have is that the area can get noisy at night as it is located near The Ave and the fire station is nearby, but I’d say I was expecting that when moving in. Overall, I had a good year living at The Stax!
