I had a great tour experience with Michael. The amenities at the Oliv are really cool. I especially like the gym and study areas. Also the room I have is very spacious and the view is amazing. Overall the staff is very friendly and the apartment is comfortable.

I was pretty nervous at first, expecting the move-in day to be chaotic with nearly 400 new residents moving in at the same time. However, the process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the amazing staff. Brooke was super helpful in reassuring me that all my paperwork was signed, and my balance was settled, so I was all set to pick up my keys. Chelsey gave a quick and informative orientation when I arrived, which made the process even easier. Once I picked up my keys and arrived at the building, the movers were already on standby, ready to help. They were incredibly patient and efficient, unloading my car full of heavy items that I was worried I couldn’t manage on my own. Within what seemed like just five minutes, everything was already in my room. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated. I highly recommend this apartment building for anyone moving in!
