Alder Apartments

This is probably the best student housing property in the country. Unquestionably the best property to live at for students and the closest to campus. Amenities are insane for the value that we pay and the roof deck is the cherry on top!

Was a good experience especially for a short stay. Great amenities. Was a little bit difficult to communicate with the standard when not in the USA. Would be helpful to better monitor the email line. The student staff is especially great, I often interacted with Tiffany who went above and beyond as she always followed up, and got things done when others couldn’t.

I love the standard! I would recommend to a friend. The staff here are wonderful and are always eager to answer my questions and address my concerns. The views are awesome (check out that sunset with the Space Needle!) and I really enjoy the amenity spaces, especially the study lounges.
