There are lot of bad reviews here. I mean the apartment has issues as I assume any apartment would, sometimes things go wrong, but it’s really not that bad. They may pressure you to renew your lease for a while, but that’s likely institutional, sent down from larger management, not reflective of the workers here forced to do it.
Contrary to what I would expect management was very conscientious to help with any issues and you can tell people try their best around here - which I think matters a lot in a place that you live.
So, students here, I’d say this place has its issues, but is not a horror story like the other reviews really make it seem. Ive enjoyed staying here, the rooms are nice, it comes with a pretty decent TV and it costs less than empire. So yeah, I hope this can help in people’s decisions between apartments!
