There are lot of bad reviews here. I mean the apartment has issues as I assume any apartment would, sometimes things go wrong, but it’s really not that bad. They may pressure you to renew your lease for a while, but that’s likely institutional, sent down from larger management, not reflective of the workers here forced to do it. Contrary to what I would expect management was very conscientious to help with any issues and you can tell people try their best around here - which I think matters a lot in a place that you live. So, students here, I’d say this place has its issues, but is not a horror story like the other reviews really make it seem. Ive enjoyed staying here, the rooms are nice, it comes with a pretty decent TV and it costs less than empire. So yeah, I hope this can help in people’s decisions between apartments!

Moved in Fall 2025, whenever I need an issue in my room fixed they come in and fix within the same day or next never more than that, the RAs are cool too, helpful with any information needed, can’t name one bad experience!

This is a shoutout for Destiny & Luis! Both are very kind and helpful members of the front office, and answer any inquiries you may have. They are also very attentive and friendly during Auden’s events, which puts all participants at ease!
