The apartment and building is very new and renovated! They are very quick to respond to any maintenance or general issues, usually within a day, and the staff are incredibly friendly and really listen to any concerns that you may have! Definitely the best UC Berkeley apartment option!

I've stayed in panoramic last summer and am currently staying this summer, both stays have been great. Management is very helpful as well! The rooms are fully furnished and cozy and the kitchen has lots of storage too. I especially like how close the building is to campus.

Panoramic has been a great place to stay at during the summer. The staff are helpful, great individuals and maintenance requests are sorted within 24 hours if not the same day (thanks Jose!). I got quite lucky and got assigned to a corner unit on the top floor. Every morning I wake up to the view of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge and at night I get to have dinner while watching the sunset. The only “issue” I have is a very minor quality of life one. The ground floor elevator button for the elevator takes some technique to be activate it, but once you got it there’s no issues calling the elevator. It doubles as a security feature lol. Consider yourself lucky if you get assigned to Panoramic!

This is my first time staying at the Panoramic Berkeley. Out of the various summer housing options, the Panoramic was my top choice and I'm so glad to have been given the opportunity to stay here. I'm currently in a quad with my own room, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The apartment is the perfect size for my roommates and I. It's so clean and was already furnished with all the essentials I needed. Additionally, I love how each floor has study lounges (some are outside, yay vitamin D) that help ease my mind from my room at times. The staff I've met so far have been super helpful and welcoming.
