Air Buffalo

I lived here for 2 years with my girlfriend and our dog in a 1 bedroom and we enjoyed our time here. We did, however, quickly outgrow the apartment. General Pro/Cons Pros The office staff are very friendly and helpful (lots of free treats if you have a dog) Maintenance staff is responsive and helpful Indoor Pool and Gym are nice Cons It is expensive for the space you get No Oven Random Fees Little storage Pool Having an indoor pool in Buffalo is great, especially during the winter months. The only downside is that you can only use it when the office is open (9-5 Weekdays and 12-4 Saturday). Overall, we really enjoyed our time living at Air Buffalo and would choose it again despite the downsides.

Great look, great location! Staff are kind and professional, and eager to greet everyone with a smile! Felt thoroughly educated on the community and the 24/7 fitness room is well kept and has the perfect set-up for cardio, can't wait to move in!

Daphne and Julia in the front office are absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to help residents with any needs or concerns. Their warm and welcoming attitude makes a huge difference. The building is a very enjoyable environment to live in.
