Abby and Alyssa are very helpful. I see not only maintenance by management cleaning all the time. Even though there is a small staff they are very attentive to everyone’s needs and always great every resident that walks through the door.

Alyssa, Abby and Brandon are great. It's welcoming to be recognized every-time you walk in and walk out the building. Honestly, everything has been good. For the price and my apartment, I can't complain.The staff at the front make sure, I am well- taken care of and always have positive aura.

Second year living at Auden. Staff is top notch. Abby’s always been kind and generous. New additions, Alyssa and Brandon make a great team and help with any struggles I might be dealing with at the apartment. Nice and approachable front desk team overall.

I’ve been here for about a month, so take with a grain of salt, but I like it here. I see a lot of comments about management and stuff, but my experience has been great. Everyone has been very helpful & kind to me, it helps a lot to say good mornings, hellos, how are you, etc.! And thus far, I’ve been really happy w/ accommodations and my apartment. It was clean when I arrived. The gym is pretty decent for what it is, the amenities do their jobs. Front desk folks are truly so sweet & lovely to talk to, funniest things. They have an Amazon locker which has made my life so easy. The rooms themselves are really spacious and you’re definitely able to make it feel like home if you decorate right. You have plenty of freedom to do so too, you can put thumb tacks in the walls to hang up posters ‘n stuff. I feel real at home and welcomed by the people here. It’s super chill. :)
