Pros: - Facilities are really nice! - Location - Management is sensitive to who you live with and will work with you if you are not comfortable Cons: - Management sometimes forgets about issues I’ve told them, and I have to reach out a few times. They do get resolved eventually. - As a working person, having a lot of college students around got a bit weird. That said, no one caused issues. Just a vibe thing.

Very thankful to find Addams in my search for reliable and flexible places to stay in Pilsen. The showing and move-in process were simple; the amenities were always clean and pleasant with conversation from a diverse group of friendly tenants. The best parts of Addams: plenty of work-from-home space, lots of natural light, chats around the rooftop fireplace, reliable utilities... Great stuff within walking distance: the local library, Cafe Jumping Bean, Thalia Hall, Knee Deep Vintage, so many panderias and taco spots, Open Books Pilsen, Embellash Beauty Bar, #60 bus into the city, the 18 Pink Line station... Pilsen is a culturally rich and family-friendly neighborhood! The property managers on-site are warm, easy-going and responsible. Couldn’t ask for more from a first-time spot in a new city :)

Addams Coliving isn’t just about signing a lease and getting a bedroom with four walls, it’s entering into a community of engaging, welcoming, and caring people. I’ve been a resident for over a year now, resigned my lease, and look forward to the opportunity to continue doing so. The team tirelessly works to integrate with their residents and put forward value adding amenities, events, and socials to truly bring the community aspect to the forefront. Their responsiveness is unheard of compared to other management companies, they want you to not just know your heard but that they care and will do whatever they can to make things right.
