JB, Regarding Kingsley Drive Apartments’ persistent and frequent survey requests: maintenance was fast and diligent. However, given the size of this apartment building, it lacks a permanent maintenance personnel. Currently, the manager and custodian are handling all maintenance tasks. Even though they are both doing a fantastic job but problem with this setup is that without a dedicated maintenance staff, two people cannot manage everything effectively. This situation often results in either attracting lower-quality tenants or accelerating building deterioration. The building is old and requires more staff—not fewer—to properly maintain it. There is sufficient rent roll to afford a full-time maintenance person, which would help protect and potentially increase the rent roll. This is common sense and would also help avoid potential lawsuits.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are clean and modern, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet, safe community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. And ubaldo is hands down the best manager!

I moved into this apartment earlier this year and I am very satisfied with the apartment itself. It is generally quiet and located in a good spot surrounded by great food. The apartment itself is a little old so it has its quirks, but nothing major that affected my experience here. The greatest plus side has been the manager (Ubaldo). He is very kind, attentive, and responsive. If there is any issue, I will text or stop by his office and he is always responsive and quick to problem solve.

We’ve lived here for over a year now and the staff is amazing ! The manager Ubaldo has been so helpful and wonderful !! Definitely have been enjoying living here
