Recently moved into Gemma South and the leasing managers and leasing agents made me feel very welcome, gave me a tour of all the amenities the building offers and did an great job informing me on everything Gemma north and south. Thank you Donna and Drew for such a pleasant easy process!

Courtney went above and beyond in showing me the apartments and answering my questions. She was very accommodating to all of my requests, and I would highly recommend prospective residents to get a tour from her. Gemma itself is a great building to live in. Not only is its location great, being right in the center of Korea town, but is also brand new with all of the modern amenities one would expect in a luxury building. Highly recommend!

Gemma apartment is the place to be. Great location next to a lot of food spots. Management is really nice. I am having a great stay here. All the amenities here are amazing. I recommend people who want to live in Koreatown stay at Gemma Apartment.
