Moved in summer of 2023 so I’ve been here for almost 1.5 years. Have a great unit with lots of space for the rent, like it was originally meant to be a two bedroom but one bedroom is now more like an open study (still has its own closet space though and all the usual wall hookups that would make sense for a bedroom. Granted, it’s northern exposure so that factors into what I consider to be a decent rent for the square footage. This is one of the smaller Tripalink properties so no fancy amenities apart from the rooftop terrace with a bbq grill and assorted furniture that would work for a rooftop party or bbq. Great place to watch almost 360 degree fireworks during Independence Day. Newer building so general condition is quite nice. Great LG appliances. Earthquakes can leave some cracks in the walls but otherwise it’s easy to find much older and rougher apartments in the area. Weekly cleaning and maintenance service is generally very reasonable. As long as you’re a decent, socially well-adjusted member of society, the tenant experience should be pretty straightforward and no hassle. At least it has been so far for me. Corporate property management has its pros.
