I was so nervous to move to the city but Sienna is honestly GORGEOUS and has everything we need. Shayne is by far the funniest, most professional property manager I’ve ever encountered. He’s very much on top of any issue we have and his emails are hysterical! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I’ve lived at Sienna on Serrano for a little over 2 years now and have enjoyed my time here! The complex is well maintained and in a relatively quiet area compared to the rest of ktown while still being close enough to access what ktown has to offer. You can tell Shayne (property manager) is dedicated to being professional and doing his job well. He does a great job communicating with tenants and making sure tenants feel safe, informed, and heard.

I had a great experience living at Sienna. It was my first apartment in LA and Shayne made my move in experience seamless. During my time there, Shayne was also responsive and attentive to any problem. Great management.
