My husband and I have been living here since 2021. We’ve honestly enjoyed living here so far. Valet trash service, gym, community room, great cleaning team that maintains the building, lockers for packages, and many more! Michele is definitely the best building manager we’ve ever met. Not only is she very friendly, but she takes pride in what she does. She is always very communicative with the residents regarding scheduled maintenances. She sends out emails to notify us ahead of time so we can plan and prepare for it. It is very easy to reach her if there are any questions or issues. Whenever we had to schedule any maintenance requests, she would take care of it immediately and have maintenance team come by at the time frame we asked for. There will always be some cons/inconveniences living in apartment buildings, but I do see and greatly appreciate the effort Michele puts in to resolve things in a timely manner and without causing too much inconvenience for the residents. Last but not least, the security team. As someone who takes safety and privacy very seriously, I truly am appreciative of the security guards- especially Jesse. He is friendly, professional, and I feel truly cares for the safety of the residents. I always feel at ease knowing he is on duty. Like another reviewer mentioned, I also slipped through the garage one time. I was immediately stopped by the guard on duty (before I even made it to the door to the lobby which is not far from the gate I entered) to make sure I lived here. I’d like to mention one incident to show my appreciation towards management. At some point there was an issue with our garage gate, where it had to stay open. Instead of just allowing it to stay open unattended, they actually went above and beyond to have an extra security guard to guard that entrance 24/7 and ensured the safety of the residents. Rain or shine, they were there until the gate was fixed. Compared to other apartment complexes we’ve been at (where we paid the same price), the way we are treated/taken care of, this place is the best.

Good access to transit and restaurants/grocery. Comfortable living in a very urban part in LA. Compliments to the management team who have gone out of their way to help us stay here and resolve any concerns promptly.

Michele was amazing to work with when searching for a new apartment. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the neighborhood.
