Better than any other apartment! I am satisfied with everyone who works in this building.

Very satisfied with my unit, the amenities, security, and overall experience here so far! I’ve had no issues with cleanliness with my unit upon move in and when it comes to maintenance requests, they are always answered to very quickly after submitting through Appfolio. A big plus for me personally has been the gym which has more machines that you’d typically expect for an apartment gym.

Extremely friendly staff people, currently searching for apartment around the city and recently I went to see this one. The security guy was so friendly he helped us to book appointment with the agent same day even thought he could have just told us to leave. Very friendly staff people

So far everything has been great! David Won has helped us out and has made the viewing, application process and move in go so smooth! I truly recommend the building is very clean, maintained, and even has a security guard. This has been the first time we have dealt with great management and it is so greatly appreciated.
