The Hive on Ellendale

I am writing this review because since day one I was struck by how clean and beautiful this location is. And I cannot thank Jade enough, she is an amazing property manager. She has gone above and beyond for myself and my roommates. I love this place and am blessed to call the Hive my home. Thank you, Trevor.

The Hive has been a great place to live as a USC student. It’s a great location close to campus and the staff really made me feel at home will all the events they put on for residents. I’ve lived here for two years, and I think the management has only gotten better with time. I would definitely recommend The Hive for student housing!

This property is Awesome for more reasons than one! Our apartment was newly and beautifully renovated, with all the modern amenities. It was absolutely spic and span when we moved in. It is just 4 mins walk to Ralphs the store with everything you need! Being in the DPS patrol area is very reassuring and the USC campus is a short 15 mins walk. So all in all extremely comfortable! The other residents here at The Hive- are very decent, friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood too where we feel welcome and safe! All in all a great place to live in L.A. Crista is just too good both personally and professionally. Though the office is not on-site but she is there every day to check on things, give tours ,help with move-ins and so on. She also very promptly replies to any messege sent to her and sorts the problems. Thanks for making everything super easy for us Crista!

Just leased a 2 bedroom apartment here after looking at a lot of places in the area for the fall. Location is great, on Ellendale place just a couple of minutes walk to campus. Fully renovated modern, furnished apartment. Crista made the leasing process a breeze and was super responsive. Looking forward to moving in!
