I lived here for 2 years. Overall it was a positive experience. The apartment was renovated a few years ago so the internal looks new and well maintained. It's difficult to find "like new" apartment like this at this price in Pittsburgh. Maintenance is always fast. Location is perfect, close to both businesses and parks. The only issue is that the floors and walls are paper thin, we could hear the upstairs walking and neighbors talking. If your neighbors are quiet, then it's fine; but if they neighbors like parties and talking loud, its very annoying. I would recommend living in the 3rd floor.
