Jupiter Apartments

New management took over the building in Fall of 2023 and has since addressed all issues from the previous management company! The new management has put the building on a dedicated, monthly pest control plan, and have been resolving the issues of appliances (washers, dryers, heaters) swiftly as they have been brought to our attention. Since changing management, residents are much happier and tenant issues are prioritized to ensure we handle and respond to anything that comes our way in a timely manner!

Ive lived at the Buckley for a year and a half and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The building is extremely well maintained, the apartments are beautiful, management is quick to respond and extremely understanding, and the tenants are fantastic. Very pleased with my experience!

Just moved in, cannot recommend enough! the new building manager Ivan is fantastic to work with, the building is in great condition (looks like the photos), the amenities are better than described, the ground floor is devoid of drama (cant say the same for other sidewalks of apartments in seattle), parking feels secure, clean, maintained, and overall just really happy to be at Zephyr. Moved across the country without seeing it until we moved in, never felt anything other than total comfort!!

I've dreamt about living at Harbor Steps apartments since first moving to Seattle in 2016 and now, at 6 months in as resident, can safely say it's a dream come true. Erin Swanson and Aloura McDanel helped me tremendously through the leasing process - they're both such gems! - and at every step went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and empowered to make the most of the services, amenities, and nearby attractions at Harbor Steps. At one point Erin even dropped what she was doing to help a girl out and lead me to the elusive laundry room on my floor - thank you, Erin; you're the best! I hope to continue to explore and thrive at Harbor Steps for the foreseeable future :)
