Kulle Urban Living

The Chick Fil Breakfast served in the lobby today came in clutch. Edit: lol I thought the link I clicked was a review of the breakfast. I lived here for 3 months now and so far my experience has been great. I get not the best connection for my phone's cellular data (usually 2 bars) in this area and sometimes I go to the lobby or rooftop for moments that I want to have better signal. The 'free' building wifi isn't exactly high speed, but in my room it is better than my phone's data. Sometimes there are blips in the wifi so it isn't ideal for gaming and sometimes causes buffering while video streaming. I've found no problems with any of the other residents. The automated package concierge is great for secure package delivery/pickup though if it is full or the package won't fit inside then packages will be left on the ground in the lobby; so far I have not experienced theft, but I do happen to usually pick up my packages early and most of the time they get delivered into the concierge. The key fob entry system keeps the building pretty safe and secure. I'd say the greatest thing about Kulle Urban Living is the affordability and despite the 2-bar phone connection and the building wifi being not-the-best I still rate 5 stars because of the other things that make this place great. Edit 2: I forgot to mention how sometimes the dumpster gets past-full and garbage would begin to pile around the dumpster. I do not know if it is because the building residents happen to produce a lot of garbage in a particular week or if it is because the trash collection people fail to collect from our dumpster some weeks or if it is an issue with our property management. Like I said, I do not know where the fault of that issue is, I just see the dumpster overflowed sometimes.

Tripalink is one of the most accommodative landlords I have come across. HUGE HUGE shout-out to Jennifer Zhang who is the most patient and understanding leasing agent I have ever worked with. She helped me find a place to move in within 2 days of me reaching out to her. I also needed a temporary accomodation for a few days before my move in at Kulle and she arranged the same for me within an hour. She is extremely kind and considerate of your concerns and gives in her best. I would definitely recommend taking up any Tripalink owned property and do work with Jennifer if you get the chance.

I was looking for a new apartment in the capitol hill area and this property was the only one that responded quickly when I was inquiring on several different options. I worked with Jennifer who was super responsive and helpful through the unit selection and lease execution process. Thanks so much!
