Mysa Apartments

We have lived in Mysa for 6 years and are really happy to meet the new apartment management team. They are more responsible than the previous team. The hygiene of the apartment has been significantly improved. Our family loves it here!

I've been living here since February and I love it so far. There have been a lot of improvements and the maintenance and management do care about the residents and the residence safety. They thrive to keep a clean environment so that all residents can feel at home. They also have a nice gym and a common room that you can go in and enjoy television shows. Feels like I am home.

I lived here for 11 months, and honestly, I don’t understand why the rating is so low. I’d like to share as many facts as possible so others aren’t misled. The environment is excellent, the building is surrounded by other apartment complexes, which adds to the sense of community and safety. The amenities are beyond expectations, two gyms and a heated swimming pool, great privacy and reliable services, maintenance men are responsible, office folks are nice. If you’re lucky to get a higher floor like 10th or higher, the view is also awesome. The floors are high, interiors are modern and well-maintained. Not that fancy but decent. A few minor issues from top of my head, the fob key sometimes doesn’t work properly and you have to use a pin instead, office not working on Monday, several hundreds of mandatory cleaning fee when you vacate. Rent a bit high for sure, but compared to other nearby apartments, I think it’s quite fair, especially if you work at a nearby company, it’s an incredible feeling to be able to walk to the office in under 10 minutes. I honestly regret moving out.

Great place to live. The building is new and we have wash and dryer in unit and most units have a balcony with is a huge plus for me. They also offer a parking garage which makes me feel safer.
