Mysa Apartments

I lived here for 11 months, and honestly, I don’t understand why the rating is so low. I’d like to share as many facts as possible so others aren’t misled. The environment is excellent, the building is surrounded by other apartment complexes, which adds to the sense of community and safety. The amenities are beyond expectations, two gyms and a heated swimming pool, great privacy and reliable services, maintenance men are responsible, office folks are nice. If you’re lucky to get a higher floor like 10th or higher, the view is also awesome. The floors are high, interiors are modern and well-maintained. Not that fancy but decent. A few minor issues from top of my head, the fob key sometimes doesn’t work properly and you have to use a pin instead, office not working on Monday, several hundreds of mandatory cleaning fee when you vacate. Rent a bit high for sure, but compared to other nearby apartments, I think it’s quite fair, especially if you work at a nearby company, it’s an incredible feeling to be able to walk to the office in under 10 minutes. I honestly regret moving out.

Great place to live. The building is new and we have wash and dryer in unit and most units have a balcony with is a huge plus for me. They also offer a parking garage which makes me feel safer.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is comfortable, management is responsive, and the location is super convenient. A solid choice for anyone looking for a nice place to live!

Had a easy time moving in. Mr. Shane was very helpful and patient about everything, love his work ethic on how he moves and communicates with you. So far Mysa has been clean and comfortable. The parking is great, and they are pet friendly. I'm glad I went with Mysa Apartments.
