The units are clean and modern, and are perfect for an individual or couple. I also really love the location of Montisi. It's within walking distance of multiple grocery and convenience stores, as well as a ton of restaurants nearby and in the Junction. It's a block away from the entrance to the West Seattle bridge, providing ease of access to the greater Seattle area. There's also a dental office a 1 minute walk away. Most of the surrounding homes are single-family or duplexes, so it tends to be fairly quiet aside from the sirens from the fire station a handful of miles away. I feel safe and secure with the locked main door and I appreciate the access delivery carriers have to the bike storage and lobby. The on-site laundry is rarely hard to compete for. I'm on my second 1-year lease with Montisi and I fully intend to renew the next time around as well.

I moved into Montisi July 2020 and love it! The building is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood while still being walking distance to the Alaska Junction. It is well maintained and the management team is very kind/communicative when you send them a message. Utilities (including internet) are all bundled into the rent payment, which makes paying so easy. The only drawback (and I feel like I'm being nit-picky with this) is that the windows open sideways. This means that you can't set up an AC unit, so when it's hot you just have to hope you have a really good fan (no ceiling fans either). That being said, I enjoy living here so much that I intend on re-signing when my lease is up.

This complex is a hidden gem in West Seattle. You cannot beat the location, and parking is never a problem. Management (Bre) is very attentive and responsive. The property is very quiet, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Point blank, don't let this opportunity bypass you.

This is a great place to live. Quiet building surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood. The studios are modern (built 2017) great windows for lots of natural light, thoughtfully designed. There is easily space for a queen or full size bed-with room to spare still for table/chairs and small sofa, book case. There is ample storage in the kitchen cabinets for everything-same for the bathroom-the spaces don't feel small thanks to the design. Utilities are set up with rent-so one bill-easy. Closet space is good and the kitchens have built in microwaves. The neighborhood is close to the WS bridge if you are commuting and all the things you'd need are easy walking distance-3 grocery stores (TJ, Safeway, OFC) coffee shops, restaurants. If you've got a bike-theres free secured inside bike storage. There's also laundry facilities in the building-super convenient.
