My girlfriend and I lived at Viola for a year while we were both still in school at UW. It could not have been a more perfect place for us to stay. The units are new, with stainless appliances and nice finishes, we never had any issues with how our unit worked. Anson, the landlord, is incredibly responsive, quick, and helpful. Staying at Viola was one of the best choices we could have made, and deserves more than 5/5 stars.

I love this apartment, the reviews do not do it justice. I have no complaints, for the price it is super good. Clean, modern interior, easy to use laundry, nice rooftop.

The units are clean, well-made, and in a great location. The landlord Anson is responsive, polite and treats tenants well.

Had a great experience living in Viola. The management team is super communicative, flexible, and understanding. Rent is very reasonable for Seattle as well. The apartment is new and the units and appliances are very clean . Highly recommend!
