I got one of the most incredible professional Guidance through my application. Michel is an awesome human being, really know her job she explained to me everything I needed through the application. —- Even though my application was denied, I didn’t get approved. I still recommend this place just because of how professional and easy going management they were. along with a quick responses. —- Overall, it was a good experience! I wasn’t lucky but this place is worth it. CHECK THEM OUT!

Hey, I'm Elyshau. I absolutely love it here so much. I used to live here from 2022-2023, and loved it so much that upon returning from Germany, I managed to not just be able to become a tenant again, but I got the exact same room as well. The management team is professional, and fast to respond back to. They do a great job of daily cleanliness around the facility. And I also love that they show updates on the boards and elevators to show things that are happening within Tacoma. The AC works amazingly well in my room, and I love the view from my apartment. My unit has a special place in my heart, cause I was the first one to move into it, and I'm really glad to had been able to move back into it coincidentally after the previous tenant had moved out.

Very clean and updated apartments. Jethro especially was a pleasure to work with and I recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in downtown Tacoma.

I do not live here but I did go to tour the apartments and really considered it. The management was very helpful and even recommended a place that they thought I would like! Jethro definitely does a great job managing and seems like likes to work on the little community that they built. The rooms are really cute and I definitely couldve seen myself living there.
