Ellis Apartments

I do not live here but I did go to tour the apartments and really considered it. The management was very helpful and even recommended a place that they thought I would like! Jethro definitely does a great job managing and seems like likes to work on the little community that they built. The rooms are really cute and I definitely couldve seen myself living there.

The units are not only beautiful but also accommodate the needs of tenants perfectly. What sets Ellis apart is their stellar management, led by the amazing Jethro. His professionalism and friendly demeanor make every interaction a pleasure. Jethro goes above and beyond, working closely with tenants to ensure their financial needs are met and they find their ideal living space. With excellent communication and a dedicated manager like Jethro, Ellis Apartments truly feels like home. Additionally, parking, while what you’d expect living in the city, is conveniently available.

Awesome place, great location, easy access to downtown Tacoma. Shout out to the management they work well for you especially Jethro, if you need someone to help you he’s the man. Really nice place to live if you are a student or have a busy work life. Great views from the rooftop with an awesome pool table. You can’t go wrong with great views, best location, and incredible spot for friends/family to visit!

I’ve been loving my living experience here!!! The leasing manager is one of the kindest people & has the best energy! The cleanliness of the lobby is amazing & they always go above & beyond when it comes to an amazing living experience 🤎 picture included is the amazing view I have everyday!!
