What if I have roommate issues?
Though we don't guarantee roommate compatibility, we have Tripalink Community Success Managers to help you create strong bonds throughout the Tripalink community. You can count on them to organize activities and events to help you get involved in the community and meet people.
Tripalink offers both traditional property managment, as well as co-living spaces to help cater to different needs.
You can check the tripalink website for photos, videos, VR, or floorplans of the unit/room. If these seem to be missing, please reach out to your leasing agent.
Unfortunately we do not accept vouchers.
There will be a $50 application fee used to run background checks for all prospective tenants, besides this, Tripalink does not charge renters for any additional service fees.
Yes we will be able to assist based on our availability at the moment.
You can search by neighborhood or by map on the website.
We do allow "Lease Transfers" but not subleasing. Please reach out to the leasing office if you have an qualified person and the office will assist direclty.
Tripalink has a variety of rentals available. We have apartments, houses to rent by the room, or whole when available, and coliving spaces near universities.
Yes! We have a Tripalink App that can be used to make a payments and submit work orders (Currently for USC only).
Please speak with the leasing agent you have been communicating with if you are a prospective tenant, and reach out the property manager if you are a tenant.
