Tripalink Reviews Usage Terms

By submitting any reviews or other content to Tripalink or any affiliated websites, you represent and affirm that:

· You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto, and your submitted content does not infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property, including but not limited to any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, or any privacy rights.

· You have standing pursuant to the Consumer Review Fairness Act to submit a review.

· Such content does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

· You are at least 18 years of age.

· Any “moral rights” that you may have in such submission are hereby waived.

· All such content that you submit is truthful and accurate.

· The content you supply does not violate these Usage Terms, and any usage of such content will not cause injury to any person or entity.

· Your submitted content is not, and would not reasonably be deemed to be offensive, libelous, defaming, hateful or harassing to any person or entity.

· You were not compensated in any manner by any third party to submit your content.

· Your content is specific to Tripalink only and does not contain any references to information relating to third parties.

· By submitting your content, you are not submitting any computer viruses or other malicious software.

By using the Review services offered by Tripalink, you further agree with the following terms:

· All content that you submit may be used by Tripalink in its sole discretion, and that none of such content is subject to any confidentiality requirements or restrictions.

· By submitting your email address in connection with your review, Tripalink and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you regarding your review or for any related purposes.

· Tripalink reserves the right to delete or modify any content, or to refuse to post any content submitted by you, that Tripalink deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Usage Terms, the Tripalink Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

· You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the contents of your submission.

You further acknowledge that in addition to these Usage Terms, all submitted reviews are subject to Tripalink’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict among the various terms, these Usage Terms shall control as to your use of the Tripalink Reviews service.

By using the Review services offered by Tripalink, you further agree that in the event of any breach by you of the Usage Terms herein, you will indemnify and hold Tripalink and its officers, directors, affiliates, agents and employees (collectively, the “Tripalink Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred or suffered by any Tripalink Indemnified Party as a result of your breach of the Usage Terms.
