Great neighborhood. Very friendly staff members and residents here are very nice. Maintainace orders are taken care of promptly. I slept much better in a shared situation than when I had my own unit. Weekly cleaning is absolutely well done here. Love the amenities especially the Conmmunity events. I love the closeness to nature and walking distance to the world’s first floating park, Wholefoods and all the shopping and entertaining. The park next to the building is a great place for neighbors to connect. I am happy that I choose Post as my home.

I live in POST co - living , it has been a great experience. It is a new, pleasant, clean place, with different spaces to do many activities in the building, close to shops, restaurants, parks and easy to transport. I recommend 100%

First of all, I love living in Post Chicago. But with that being said, here a few are things to note before signing this place. Pros: 1. Brand new building This building was built within a year and all the amenities and the room look nice and clean. 2. Good Amenities This place has a gym, a work space, and a out door berbeque place. These are definitely nice enough and well maintained with a daily cleaning. 3. Safe and Modern Neigborhood I was impressed by the neigborhood here. Since it’s close to Lincoln Park, it feels safe to walk around even at night and pretty quiet at night. On top of that, the whole neighborhood was redesigned and seems all new with nice supermarkets and restaurants in a walking distance. 4. Great Deal on the Utilities For my lease at least, I got a great deal on the utilities. Could be the cheapest ever. 5. Events hosted by the Management Team The management team of the building host an event roughly once a month, and I can see their effor to make the place more inclusive for the residents. It is especially nice for people who is new to Chicago. 6. A Room Comes with Furnitures It is so nice that I didn’t have to bring furnitures when I came here. They have nice and modern furnitures inclusing a bed, sofa, dining table, chairs and kichen wares. Obviously, they are all new. Cons: 1. Random Roommates If you are going with a shared unit, you are going to random strangers. Thankfully I got nice and clean roommates but that is a risk that you need to take. 2. I cannot think of anything else to complain for now. Overall, I love this place especially this place is almost brand new and got a good deal. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who wants to be close to Downtown and live in a nicely modern apartment.
