Such a beautiful apartment with an amazing staff!!!! I had the pleasure of providing live music for them this past week and the entire experience was nothing but amazing! The apartment is located in a beautiful area as well and the scenery is AMAZING!!!!! Definitely worth 5 stars!!!!

Krista is fantastic! Since she took over as the new property manager a few months ago, she has made significant improvements to both the building and the community. She’s introduced several value-added services, such as free coffee with add-ins and printing. She’s also taken full responsibility for enhancing the terrace by removing a ton of weeds and replacing broken furniture with higher-quality pieces - something that has been ignored before. Krista has also brought in engaging community events like kayaking, taco nights, live music, and movie nights, which are a great way for residents to connect—a welcome change from before. Although there’s still work to be done, Krista has been very receptive to feedback and quick to act on it. As a tenant, it’s reassuring to see that our concerns are heard and that improvements are being made. If it weren’t for these positive changes, I might not have renewed my lease. While there are some issues with the cleaning quality under the new cleaning company, but Krista took immediate steps to address it by having the crew re-clean and let the new company know. Overall, Krista cares and is definitely turning this place around for the better! If there's an issue, she's there to help improve our experiences.
