Great staff and lovely apartments! The space and openness the facility has is gorgeous! As a student this is a great place with all the study /work areas ! Absolutely amazing!

Since moving in September 2024, I’ve really enjoyed the community and free events. The apartment staff really try to create that community, and I appreciate all that they do. The maintenance is quickly resolved as well. It’s definitely a great place to meet people, especially if you’re new to the city.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience as a tenant at Post! Between the living accommodations, the amenities, the complimentary monthly events and giveaways, and most importantly the staff who constantly goes above and beyond to ensure you’re needs are met! I am so very thankful for Krista, our property manager, as she has made such a huge transition moving to Chicago so seamless! Further, I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Carlos and Jesse—the most incredible maintenance team ever! To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement. I’ve only had to request maintenance a couple of times, but they responded to my request and had everything resolved within 12 hours of submitting the work order each time! Not only that, but they always take time to go the extra mile and help with small little things (like cleaning the stovetop) if they notice them during their repair visit. I sincerely have never seen either of them without the biggest smile on their face, with the warmest greeting whether it be at 6am or 9pm! I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else. I highly recommend Krista, her team, and Post all together!!!😊
