I go there for the Boat show, car show, c2e2. For those times, I never had a problem. Parking is up to you and when you go for what reason. For the car show and the Boat an RV show ( this is an updated review, just found out there moving the Boat show and the RV show to Rosemont 😔 ) on the 4th level Parking garage is where you want to be. 4the level kinda gave you direct access to where you got to go.by it bing in the winter, the less time you are in the cold the better. If the weather isn't bad. I would suggest parking lot C . It's cheaper and you can walk to the building, less than a 10 minute walk. Also for that parking lot they do have transportation for you to drop you off at the door. The bus would be parked on the street at the front of the lot, can't miss it. When I go there for c2e2 I park in the lot c. I know I will buy a lot of things, and I don't want to walk around with all that stuff. So I either wait till the end of my day ( you run the risk of things being sold out) or buy the things first, then walk to the car drop them off, and walk or catch the bus back.. car show and c2e2 they have this severice . So it all depends on what you're going there for. There is a coat check, one is for the hotel and one is for McCormick it self.both are downstairs. Or should I say by the front door. It's a big place, bring comfortable shoes, and you will be fine.

This is a newly build apartment. I stayed here for about 11 months and when I moved in, it was a mess. My room was not cleaned the floor used to smell (which was taken care of with in a week, so that was no longer an issue) and many other issues came up. Towards the end, the management had changed and the new management came and really changed things around. I do wish I stayed longer in Chicago to see what they really are changing but from what I saw they were really putting in good work.

Living at Commons has been a great experience. The management is fast and convenient, handling everything quickly. The place is clean, well-maintained, and attracts good tenants. Highly recommended!

I have personally had a good experience here at the McCormick. It was very convenient, and while there were some issues with the cleaning, it was something I could manage. The amenities for the price and the location were very useful as a college student currently in school. Prefurnished, great living spaces with a staff that is working very hard!!
