Addams Coliving

The staff at Addams Co-living are doing a good job handling difficult problems and situations. Nash Ponto takes the lead role and directs his staff to go the extra mile for his clients. We really appreciate their efforts.

This is a great apartment with secure environments and property manager, Danta Oleary, Khadijah Holloway are super nice people and since I left the apartment I get all my deposit back. 4b4b is good because this model cut down the cost of monthly payments and also could make you a private bathroom. What is more for each week there are nice people to clean the public area like the kitchen and living room. I think it’s a great place to stay.

I moved into Addams in October and my living experience so far has been great. Khadijah was the agent I communicated with during my application and she ensured that my move-in process was smooth and quick. She was very responsive to my emails and requests and told me everything I needed to know before I signed the lease. Additionally, when I moved into Addams initially, there was a different manager and I was worried coming in because I saw a lot of negative reviews about management. However, we recently got a new property manager, Dante, who is very diligent, efficient and a lot more responsive than the previous manager. He is very quick to attend to any issues or questions regarding the apartment. I believe I'm going to have a better experience overall living at Addams with them managing the building.

I moved in for an internship, and Addams really provided what I needed with weekly cleanings, shared goods, great management, and overall excellent customer service. It was a great experience with lots of amenities, and being near UIC, it couldn't have been a more perfect fit. The manager on site is extremely helpful and responds quickly to my emails. I highly recommend it if you are looking for short-term accommodation near Pilsen.
