I’ve been living at 5200 Wilshire / Wilshire La Brea Apartments for about a year, and I would like to share my very positive experience, especially working with Favian. From the very beginning, Favian helped me rent my apartment and made the entire process smooth, clear, and well organized. He is highly professional, attentive, and reliable. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he was always responsive and helpful, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Overall, I am very happy living in this building and truly appreciate the support and professionalism Favian has shown throughout my time here. He is a great representative of the property, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering renting at this location.

The BEST thing about living in this complex is Mirna! She not only keeps our place clean and organized, but she goes above and beyond helping others and myself.
