I just moved here 5 months ago. And I love it here. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable as well as professional. Very clean here and they treat everyone equally. Best decision ever. My wife and I love living at Venue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to help residents. The service is so good, we sometimes feel like we’re living in a hotel. We especially love our building manager, Tatyana, who is always smiling and works tirelessly every day to make sure the building is in great shape and its residents are well taken care of. Really a gem.

I found my time living at Venue completely stress free. Overall I found the building quiet, clean, and managed very well. The staff was always in a good mood and helpful. I put in one non-emergent maintenance request while living there and they replied within minutes, resolving the issue entirely within 1 day. Front desk staff seems to be on site 24/7 and are helpful when ordering food or packages (never had issues with any delivery). I'm at my new place now and waiting for an elevator. There is no way I'd have time to write this message while waiting for an elevator at Venue..those elevator were so fast..gonna miss them.

Although I didn’t move into Venue on overland, I had an amazing tour of the facilities and building with Rodney. He was extremely accommodating and made the whole application process a breeze. When I do decide to move, this will be the first building I contact. I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 star experience all the way around!
