Haley and her team made my experience living at Arya truly great. Their communication was excellent. They always made sure I felt supported. I also want to mention the hard work of the cleaning staff, who kept the building looking so clean. They were so friendly and would talk to me each day. I'm so grateful for my time spent here and would highly recommend Arya to anyone looking for a place to live. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. They have modern appliances and high ceilings. I would use the gym, rooftop and workspace everyday. The location is perfect — central and close to the freeway, only a 10-15 minute drive to Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, and Venice. The building also hosts events, making it feel like you're part of a community. Anytime I had an issue, the management was quick to help and made sure I was taken care of. I've never felt this level of care and attention in any other building I've lived in Los Angeles. I’m going to miss living here!

Surprised to see anything less than 5 stars here. I just spent a year at the Venue across the street and couldn’t be more stoked on the management team. If I ever had an issue with hot water, or something not working, the longest I ever had to wait was a day for a fix. All of the team members are incredibly nice and helpful between both properties, they hire well. Rodney was no exception, super humble and helpful to me and my partner moving into our new place. Incredibly accommodating, answered any questions we had and moved us quickly through the process once we found our unit.

After losing my apartment in the Palisades fire, I moved into the building. Rodney, Taylor, and Haley from management were extremely helpful with the process. I've lived in the building for about a month and my experience has been great. I was initially concerned about the area, but the building has controlled access. There is also someone usually at the front desk. I was also concerned about package theft. I replaced all the items lost in the fire through online orders. The lockers in the lobby have been a life saver. I was also concerned about noise, however it's been very quiet around my unit. The building is also very clean. I believe all the public areas are cleaned daily. If you're looking for a new construction that's safe, quiet, and clean - I'd recommend this property.

I am currently moving across the country and the Arya team has been nothing but stellar. Jessica answered every question knowledgably and, for the requests she couldn't attend to immediately, she utilized the assistance of her colleagues. They provided additional pictures, videos, dimensions, and detail. This was such a refreshing, quick, and painless experience compared to the typical house-hunting process. Someone was always available to answer my questions and provide assistance. Haley even provided a move-in checklist to make the in-person process as smooth as possible. I have high confidence in the safety and quality of this apartment complex despite currently living across the country. I highly recommend Arya based on the staff alone. Will update once I officially move out there.
