The property management and leasing staff at Westwood Village Apartments (WVA) are devoted to assisting residents to have the most enjoyable experience at their exceptionally well maintained and beautiful apartment community. The leasing staff is at once professional and caring and helpful. The management team, which also works from their office in the building (so important today!!) strives to give exceptional attention to the concerns or needs of residents, on top of being first class champions of every facet of the building's day to day management, cleaning, and unit maintenance. Everyone here is treated as a VIP. My maintenance requests, rare, we're responded to usually the same or next day. The main lobby floor has a brilliant secure package system, purified hot and cold fountain water and an automated barrista machine for delicious coffee beverages to enjoy. I made regular use of the all new rooftop gym and the private rooftop pool and deck for swims, reading a book or studying, or having a cookout onthe grill. The panorama views from the roof are complete with views of stunning California mountains. The indoor parking was well maintained and a breeze to access. Wonderful neighbours too.
