Received my deposit on time, management requests were attended right away, and the studio was in perfect condition when I got the keys. Safe location too. I would highly recommend for a short-term stay.

I just wrapped up a year of living at 1743 Butler Ave., managed by NMS Cara. I can quibble about the expense of the unit and that maintenance requests, although addressed, may have taken a few days. However, I'm giving NMS 5 stars primarily because they were very professional in managing the financials. I received my full security deposit back in a timely manner and they even sent me a refund of 4-days off of my final month's rent, as I moved out 2 weeks early and they were able to re-rent the unit prior to the end of the month. Thank you for that.

I'm usually only in LA for two weeks every month due to my job. This place is perfect for me because it's furnished, and all the utilities are included. I don't have to worry about anything while I'm away.
